Position Title Associate manager marketing Grade Expert 2 Reports to Head of Marketing – Fertility BU Purpose of Position Uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies. Oversee and grow the assigned brand portfolio, consistently identifying revenue opportunities. Collaborate with team to also drive & manage BU initiatives & activities/ digital marketing/ market research etc. Develop and manage annual brand budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations. Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for sales team Internal Customers Sales Team, IB team, Enabler functions – Medical, SNO, Controlling, Comex, SRO, Communication External Customers Key Opinion Leaders, IVF Centres (standalone, Corporate chain & payor market), Medical Associations ### Minimum Requirements Graduate in science (Preferably biological sciences like Microbiology/ Biology/ Biotechnology/Pharmacy), MBA in Marketing from renowned institute, Relevant Marketing management experience for minimum 2 years, experience in digital marketing (added advantage) ### Professional Skills Analytical skills, Resource Planning & Monitoring, Strategic Thinking, Project Management, Collaboration & team work, proficiency in excel & powerpoint, Digital marketing Behavioural Skills Innovative & creative Mindset, Leadership skills, Impactful Communication skills, Interpersonal & collaboration Skills, Influencing Skills, Negotiation skills, Presentation skills, solution oriented What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
