That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us. ### Your Role This role is suited to a scientist with a strong foundation in chemistry and a passion for scientific communication. It combines scientific expertise, research, technical writing, and digital content development to create clear, accurate, and engaging customer-facing content across chemistry applications. Own the end-to-end development of technical content, including application notes, technical articles, webpages, guides, and other scientific materials, from initial request and topic assessment through scientific review, revision, publication, and optimization. Translate complex scientific concepts, experimental approaches, and technical data into accessible content that helps customers understand applications, workflows, technologies, and solutions and make informed product decisions. Develop sales-enablement content across a broad range of chemistry disciplines, including product characterization, method development, analytical QC, critical quality attributes (CQAs), sample preparation, reduction and alkylation, enzymatic digestion, labelling, chromatography, mass spectrometry detection, purification, and related laboratory applications. Research unfamiliar scientific topics using scientific literature, technical documentation, product information, and other reliable sources, ensuring appropriate technical depth and scientific accuracy. Create and refine application notes and technical articles using experimental data, published literature, and input from subject matter experts, tailoring the content to the needs of the target audience. Partner with Product Managers, R&D scientists, Business Field Content Partners, Content Marketing, and other stakeholders to identify customer and business needs, address content gaps, and develop strategically relevant materials. Coordinate scientific reviews and approvals, incorporating expert feedback while maintaining clarity, structure, consistency, and customer focus. Audit, curate, and optimize existing scientific content to improve its accuracy, relevance, discoverability, and usability across digital channels. Create and optimize webpage content—including scientific copy, keywords, metadata, image alt text, internal links, and page structure—to support search engine optimization (SEO), accessibility, and digital engagement. Use Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems to create and maintain webpages, applying appropriate formatting, metadata, tagging, and intuitive content structures. Develop and coordinate scientific visuals, such as illustrations, diagrams, charts, and representations of scientific concepts and workflows, in collaboration with web and graphic design teams as needed. Adapt scientific content for different audiences and digital formats while preserving scientific integrity and making complex information accessible and engaging. Manage multiple content projects and priorities, coordinating reviews, revisions, design requirements, and publication activities to deliver work within agreed timelines. Monitor and analyze content performance using available content and web analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement and informing future content development. Support Marketing and Sales by educating customers on scientific applications, workflows, technologies, and product solutions across multiple chemistry disciplines. Help customers find relevant products and solutions for their research and laboratory workflows. Position the company as a trusted scientific and technical authority across chemistry and adjacent scientific disciplines. Strengthen customer engagement through accurate, relevant, accessible, and digitally optimized scientific content. Support digital transformation by adapting scientific content for modern digital platforms and customer journeys. Improve the scalability and efficiency of technical content production through consistent processes, templates, and content standards. Collaborate with Product Managers, R&D scientists, Business Field Content Partners, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing & web teams, graphic designers, and other internal stakeholders. Work across global and cross-functional teams to ensure content meets scientific, customer, business, brand, and digital requirements. Act as a scientific communication partner who can bridge the needs of technical experts, marketing teams, and customers. Who You are: Education: Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related scientific discipline, particular focus on analytical chemistry a plus. Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Material Science is an added advantage. 4-9 years of experience Experience: Scientific writing & publication experience, including authorship or co-authorship of peer-reviewed publications, application notes, technical articles, whitepapers, protocols, technical reports, or similar scientific content. Hands-on research or laboratory experience in chemistry, with a strong understanding of experimental design, scientific data, and laboratory workflows. Experience in organic synthesis, chemical characterization, or materials-related research is preferred. Experience translating scientific or technical information into customer-facing or marketing content is highly desirable. Experience working with cross-functional teams in an industry, research, academic, or scientific environment. Experience in digital content development, SEO, scientific communications, or digital marketing is a plus. Strong foundation in chemistry, with expertise in or demonstrated knowledge of analytical chemistry, or related disciplines. Ability to understand and communicate scientific concepts across different chemistry disciplines and quickly build knowledge in unfamiliar technical areas. Strong scientific research, writing, editing, proofreading, and critical-review skills. Ability to interpret scientific literature, experimental data, characterization results, and technical documentation and convert them into clear customer-focused content. Strong understanding of laboratory techniques and scientific characterization, with knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NMR, FT-IR, UV-Vis, XRD, BET surface area analysis, and related techniques being an advantage. Strong ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and incorporate technical feedback while maintaining scientific accuracy and readability. Understanding of digital content principles, including SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and web analytics. Experience with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus. Proficiency in scientific visualization tools such as ChemDraw, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools is a plus.
