Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service and support. ### Here's a glimpse of your exciting responsibilities Installation & Commissioning: Expertly install and commission instrumentation, predominately lab water purification systems at various client sites, ensuring optimal performance from day one. ### Maintenance & Servicing Perform regular maintenance and servicing to keep systems running smoothly, preventing downtime, and ensuring reliability. ### Repairs Diagnose and repair any issues with precision and speed, minimizing disruptions for our clients Validation: Validate and calibrate equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications. ### Customer Support Provide exceptional support and training to customers, empowering them to utilise our systems to their full potential. ### Travel Enjoy a dynamic role with travel predominantly around the West London area, offering new challenges and experiences every day. ### Who you are Minimimum HNC or equivalent, in either an Engineering or Scientific discipline. ### Technical Expertise 2+ years' experience in a hands on engineering role. ### Problem Solving Skills Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently. ### Customer focus Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach. ### Adaptability Flexibility to travel and adapt to varying work environments. ### Team Player Collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently. ### Experience Previous field service experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Comprehensive training and onboarding will be provided.
