C'est une excellente opportunité pour les étudiant·es souhaitant acquérir une expérience pratique dans le domaine de l'informatique et du support technique. ### Ton role Assister l'équipe de support dans la résolution des problèmes techniques rencontrés par les utilisateurs. Participer à la gestion et à la maintenance des systèmes informatiques. Contribuer à la documentation des procédures et à la mise à jour de la base de connaissances. Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe sur divers projets d'amélioration des services Ton profil: Connaissances en systèmes d'exploitation, réseaux et support technique. Fortes compétences en communication aptitude à travailler en équipe.
