That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us. ### Jouw rol Als Productieadministrateur ondersteun je de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten met een scherpe focus op kwaliteit, volledigheid en tijdigheid. Je bereidt procesorders, batchrecords en andere productiedocumentatie voor, volgt de vrijgave van apparatuur op en zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde documenten, materialen en systemen beschikbaar zijn. Je voert zelfstandig de eerste-lijnsreview uit van batchdossiers, werkinstructies, procedures, logboeken en trainingsdocumenten en bewaakt dat registraties op de productievloer correct en volledig worden afgerond voordat ze aan QA worden overgedragen voor vrijgave. Daarnaast ondersteun je productiesupervisors bij de registratie en opvolging van afwijkingen, wijzigingen en verbeterinitiatieven in het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. Door actief deel te nemen aan GEMBA-rondes en operationele evaluaties identificeer je knelpunten en stimuleer je continue verbetering. Als zichtbaar aanspreekpunt op de productievloer verbind je operators, supervisors en QA. Je beheert en actualiseert productiegerelateerde werkinstructies en procedures en voert SAP-handelingen uit ter ondersteuning van materiaaltransacties en voorraadopvolging. Zo draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de kwaliteit van chromatografische harsen die wereldwijd door toonaangevende farmaceutische bedrijven worden gebruikt. ### Wie jij bent Je beschikt over een wetenschappelijk diploma of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring. Je hebt bij voorkeur minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, idealiter binnen de farmaceutische sector of bredere Life Sciences-industrie. Je bent gemotiveerd, integer en kritisch, met een scherp oog voor detail en kwaliteit. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief, kunt prioriteiten stellen en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen. Je hebt praktische ervaring met documentreview en het bewaken van data-integriteit, inclusief kennis van de ALCOA+-principes en Good Documentation Practices (GDocP). Je communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands.
