Có trách nhiệm quản lý, điều phối, giám sát hoạt động đội nhóm nhân viên trên chuyền Đảm bảo nhân viên đã được huấn luyện trước khi vận hành và thao tác vận hành đúng như đã được hướng dẫn Nhắc nhở đôn đốc nhân viên sử dụng đúng, đầy đủ bảo hộ lao động theo yêu cầu Sử dụng và bảo quản thiết bị trong điều kiện tốt nhất Giữ gìn khu vực làm việc sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp Kịp thời báo cáo cho quản lý trực tiếp các sự cố phát sinh nếu có trong suốt thời gian làm việc HỌC VẤN, KINH NGHIỆM VÀ NĂNG LỰC Trung cấp Dược hoặc Cơ khí/Kỹ thuật trở lên Hiểu biết về kiến thức thực hành sản xuất tốt (GMP), kiến thức an toàn lao động Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 2 năm làm việc trên dây chuyền sản xuất công nghiệp/tự động, đặc biệt trong lĩnh vực dược phẩm, thuốc thú y, sản phẩm dinh dưỡng Chịu khó, siêng năng, có tinh thần cộng tác, làm việc đội nhóm Cẩn thận, chính xác trong việc tính toán, ghi chép số liệu, lập báo cáo Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, truyền đạt rõ ràng Giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản Kỹ năng tổ chức, giám sát, quản lý nhóm nhỏ Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao, tuân thủ hạn định Sẵn sàng làm việc thêm giờ/làm theo ca/làm ở khu vực khác khi có yêu cầu Required Skills: Analytical Problem Solving, Biological Manufacturing, Change Controls, Computer Literacy, GMP Operations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Machinery Operation, Manufacturing Quality Control, Packaging Operations, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Production Scheduling, Shift Work, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) ### Writing Preferred Skills Current Employees apply HERE Current Contingent Workers apply HERE Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA, also known as Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC, Rahway, NJ, USA, does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
