在指定的区域内积极开展公司产品的介绍和推广，与医疗机构建立并维持良好的合作交流关系，确保公司下达的各项工作目标的达成。

### 工作职责

区域目标 在指定的区域内，达成指定产品的工作目标,并有效地利用资源和控制费用 按照公司规定的医疗机构覆盖和拜访频率，制定相应医疗机构的拜访计划并实施 运用适当的推广技巧和有效地利用产品资料，向医疗机构提供医疗咨讯并介绍产品(包括处理问题)，使其了解并接受产品之特性 保持高水准的专业拜访，不断提高医疗机构的满意度，并建立长久良好的合作交流关系 挖掘现有市场潜力，并不断开发潜在市场，保证工作目标的顺利完成 执行公司市场开发策略和计划，完成新产品的进药计划 根据公司的推广策略组织有特色的学术活动推广产品 区域管理 通过区域目标管理，确立本辖区的目标和计划，达到预期的工作目标，开发辖区内的潜在市场 建立和及时更新、反馈并保持一个详尽而准确的医疗机构资料，并利用这些资料来制定行动计划，安排拜访活动，有效及充分地利用时间 定期分析区域情况，确立有潜力的市场作为区域发展的重点 及时通知医疗机构的医务人员或药事人员有关服务、产品、价格、供货渠道、市场发展等方面的信息 跟踪、了解产品临床需求情况，确保合理的库存及防止断货情形的发生 与市场和商务部配合，和负责医院内的专家保持良好的业务关系，以使招标和医保目录评审的成功 了解竞争产品及竞争对手的活动，收集竞争产品的市场资讯，及时反映给上级主管，并提供相应意见 及时、准确地完成各项报表 有效、合理地使用公司的各项费用和资源 产品知识 掌握完整的、不断更新的产品知识，确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致 通过不断学习，熟悉产品的有关资料并且熟练、灵活运用 充分学习和利用市场部提供的其他资料，以利于产品推广 阅读与产品有关的各类医学杂志、文章与报告 了解竞争对手同类产品的相关知识 职业操守 确保在产品推广和日常工作中，严格遵守公司的各项SOP、财务制度及合规要求，保证自己的行为符合公司的道德准则和原则 保持良好的专业形象，着装符合职业标准，言行举止符合公司要求 具有敬业精神，对本职工作积极投入 团队合作 积极参加团队的各项活动 与同事分享、交流信息，互相帮助，使个人和团队共同发展 完成主管下达的各项临时任务 要求 ： 学历背景 医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历 2-3年医院医药代表工作经验；外资制药公司工作经验优先 技能 岗位技能：产品及市场知识；产品推广技巧及流程；区域管理；业务的敏锐性；辅导他人 行为能力：以客户为中心；聆听；解决问题；正直可靠；以行动为导向 进阶行为能力：自我认识；表达技能；时间管理 合规要求 不存在商业贿赂记录 Required Skills: Account Management, Business Relationships, Communication, Product Knowledge, Revenue Generation, Strategic Planning, Teamwork and Cooperation Preferred Skills: Adaptability, Interpersonal Relationships, Leveraging Resources, Time Management Current Employees apply HERE Current Contingent Workers apply HERE Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, NJ, USA, also known as Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC, Rahway, NJ, USA, does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities.
