PRIMARY ACTIVITIES Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities - Import & Export Operations Handle import and export processes, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, apply import permit, export Health Certificate (HC) & Certificate of Origin (COO) and coordination with forwarders as well as Carrier. Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, HC, etc.). Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery to meet production schedules. - Production Support Maintain appropriate inventory level for factory warehouses to ensure spaces for FPP. Proactively identify potential shortages or excess stock. Ensure continuous material availability to support production plans. - Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant import-export regulations. Prepare regular reports on inventory status, stock movements, and shipment updates. Recommend improvements for inventory control and logistics processes. ### EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES Desired Experience/Education/Skills BA in Supply chain, Logistics or related fields Experience in import-export, logistics, or inventory control. Good understanding of customs procedures and shipping documentation. Proficiency in Excel and/or ERP systems (SAP, S4HANA). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good coordination and communication ability.
