Explores and wrangles data to define necessary data processing rules to support insights needs. Builds analyses/reports that support business goals based on understanding of the customer/stakeholder's business needs/ priorities and helps to build analyses that support business goals. Use of AI to help with data analysis and model creation and use of AI in Power BI as well. ### Key Responsibilities Mines and analyzes data from disparate databases/sources to drive optimization and improvement. Develop and maintain Power BI reports and apps Understands the complexity/dependencies between multiple teams, platforms (people, technologies). Communicates intensively with other platform/competencies to understand new trends and methodologies being implemented/considered within the company ecosystem. Appreciates the customer/stakeholder's business needs/priorities and helps to build analyses that support our business goals. Establishes and manages the close relationship with customers/stakeholders. Accountable for ensuring delivery analyses with high-quality standards, timeliness, compliance, and excellent user experience. Contributes to innovative experiments, specifically to idea generation, idea incubation, and/or experimentation, identifying tangible and measurable criteria. Conducts profiling, standardization, and harmonization to collect business rules. Queries data to identify patterns and/or anomalies. Support testing efforts. Manage business testing and validation of insights. What should you have Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream. 3+ years of developing data pipelines, Data analysis, Data Modelling, Power BI data infrastructure. Demonstrated expertise in delivering large-scale information management technology solutions encompassing data integration and self-service analytics enablement. Working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint Experienced in software/data engineering practices (including versioning, release management, deployment of datasets, agile & related software tools). Working knowledge of at least one large-scale data processing technology (e.g., High-performance computing, distributed computing), databases, and underlying technology (cloud or on-prem environments, containerization, distributed storage & databases) Strong working knowledge of Power BI Knowledge in Cloud (Good to have) Data access in cloud and some basic knowledge Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Proven record of delivering high-quality results. Product and customer-centric approach.
