By the end of the decade, we will standardize our IT systems across Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans, modernize applications, and roll out new platforms—all while ensuring seamless product launches. That’s why we’ve built a central team to manage these strategic programs—and you can be part of it! We are looking for an Project Management IT Specialist to join our PT/TVT Transformation Team. In this role, you will lead major IT programs and projects that span development, production, and after-sales. From tech transformation initiatives like Mainframe Exit to product projects such as VAN.xA and plant ramp-ups, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our IT ecosystem. As an Project Management IT Specialist in the PT/TVT Transformation Team, you will: - lead major IT programs and projects across development, production, and sales. - drive technology transformation initiatives (e.g., mainframe exit) and product-related projects (e.g., VAN.xA, CKD/SKD projects, plant ramp-ups). - ensure timely delivery of complex IT solutions while balancing strategic and operational priorities. - manage all scopes of your project: time, scope, risks, ressources, organisation and stakeholders, cost and quality. You ensure that your project is a success!
