## Job description

Tasks Mercedes-Benz Japan G.K.

### Human Resources Position number

J002 As an intern at our Mercedes-Benz Japan office in Makuhari, Chiba Prefecture, you will have the opportunity to experience an intercultural working environment. You will have a wide range of opportunities in an automobile company and improve your knowledge and skills by working together with our team as well as other departments. As a part of our team your tasks will be:
- Recruiting activities (50 %)
- Updating online internship offers
- Communicating with applicants
- Screening candidates (summarize, interview, discuss with hiring managers, etc.)
- Preparing of contracts and visa documents
- Administrative tasks (40%)
- Preparing and registering insurance
- Updating internal systems
- Assistance of Interns (help to resolve problems and questions related to company life and daily life in Japan)
- Other tasks (10%)
- Assisting of HR events
- Translating documents
- Supporting HR related tasks and daily activities (e.g. prepare documents, update lists, make presentations etc.)

### Desired starting date

February 1st, 2027 (subject to consultation)
- The internship is set for a period of 6 months Working days: 3-5 days per week Compensation (calculated on the basis of hourly wage and paid on a monthly basis) will be provided. - 採用活動（50％） インターンシップ募集内容の更新 応募者とのコミュニケーション 候補者の選考サポート（書類要約、面接、採用マネージャーとの選考協議など） 雇用契約書およびビザ関連書類の準備
- 事務業務（40％） 保険手続きの準備および登録 社内システムの更新 インターンのサポート（会社生活や日本での日常生活に関する質問・問題解決の支援）
