This includes the development, validation, and continuous improvement of technologies such as Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Google Android Auto. We are looking for you as a Working Student Data Analytics for Infotainment Systems for this exciting and challenging area. ### You will master these tasks - Analyze quality, usage, and diagnostic data from customer vehicles in the field - Identify product issues, usage challenges, and opportunities to improve the customer experience Gain insights from various data sources, including vehicle diagnostics, customer complaints, and user behavior data - Apply modern AI and machine learning approaches to automate data analysis and pattern recognition - Develop automated processes for filtering, categorizing, and processing large datasets Correlate identified issue patterns with existing ticketing systems and development workflows, such as Jira - Create insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making - Support quality improvement initiatives by transforming data into actionable recommendations What we offer: Hands-on experience in cutting-edge automotive infotainment development Opportunity to work on real customer-facing quality and user experience topics Exposure to large-scale data analytics and AI applications Close collaboration with experienced engineers and data analysts Flexible start date from November 2026 onwards Insights into innovative connected mobility technologies An open and collaborative working environment with opportunities for personal and professional development Shape the future of connected mobility with us and help create outstanding customer experiences. The activity can begin from mid November 2026. ### Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken Commitment and ability to work effectively in a team Analytical mindset and strategic way of working Strong interest in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and software-driven products Basic understanding of technical systems and enthusiasm for automotive infotainment technologies Ideally, first experience with Python, data analytics, business intelligence, or machine learning Independent and structured way of working Good communication skills and a proactive attitude Additional Information: We look forward to receiving your online application, including a resume, cover letter, certificates, current certificate of enrollment stating your semester, and proof of the standard period of study.
