Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV), a joint venture with the German-based Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO, was incorporated on the 14th of April in 1995. MBV has been tasked with the assembly and distribution of passenger cars. Since our foundation in 1995, we have been a key player in the local automotive industry, especially in the luxury segment. Are you currently studying Business Administration or a related field and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment? We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible intern who is excited to learn and support key operational processes such as order management, importation, and documentation handling. Join us and develop your skills in a fast-paced, real-world business setting! As a Sales Ordering & Distribution Intern, your responsibilities will include: - Manage orders in COMSYS and prepare related reports as required Support CBU importation processes, including preparing import documents - Verify invoices to ensure alignment with contracts and order information - Handle vehicle documentation, including arranging and archiving release documents - Coordinate with Finance & Controlling (FC) for e-invoice issuance - Prepare and process vehicle documents for dealers - Support daily administrative and operational tasks as assigned Qualifications Who we are looking for: Undergraduate student majoring in Business Administration or a related field A Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam. Remains a student throughout the 6-month internship period, concluding the end of June 2027. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Good command of English (both written and verbal) Detail-oriented, careful, and well-organized Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn Good communication and coordination skills REQUIRED DOCUMENTS when applying: Your CV A Confirmation of Enrollment letter (giấy xác nhận đang là sinh viên) from your university is required. This letter should include your expected graduation date with your school's official stamp to be valid.
