We are looking for Specialists and Team Members to join us in crafting a wide variety of vehicles from the Mercedes-Maybach GLS SUV to our all-electric electric vehicle, the EQS SUV and EQE SUV. Our Tuscaloosa County site is home to the production of Mercedes’ luxury SUV models, including electric vehicles. Just down the road in Bibb County, MBUSI has launched the production of high-performance lithium-ion batteries. Our two campuses are among the most advanced automotive manufacturing facilities in the world, with over 6 million square feet combined. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for the opportunity to join us in electrifying the future! ### Essential Functions Support digitalization projects that improve Purchasing processes, reporting, data visibility, and day-to-day efficiency. Build and improve Excel-based tools using formulas, PivotTables, charts, data validation, lookups, and structured data analysis. Create professional PowerPoint presentations and management briefings that turn project data and analysis into clear, concise business stories. Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and other digital reporting solutions used to track KPIs and project performance. Assist with process mapping, system testing, data validation, documentation, and implementation activities for digitalization projects. Work with internal business partners to gather requirements, identify manual or repetitive activities, and help develop more efficient digital solutions. Analyze project and process data, identify trends or gaps, and present findings and recommendations to the team and management. Participate in digitalization workshops, project meetings, continuous-improvement activities, and user-training efforts. ### Other Regular Daily Tasks Maintain and enhance Excel trackers, reports, PivotTables, charts, formulas, and analysis tools used by the team. Prepare and update PowerPoint project updates, dashboards, process overviews, and executive-level summaries. Update Power BI reports and dashboards and validate the accuracy and consistency of source data. Track digitalization project actions, timelines, risks, and deliverables; organize project meetings and communicate progress.
