The role will work closely with Procurement, Engineering, suppliers, and global stakeholders to strengthen supply chain resilience, optimize costs, and support strategic sourcing decisions in a rapidly evolving semiconductor market. ### Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategies to manage and optimize semiconductor supply chain and capacity management. - Analyze capacity data and forecasts to ensure alignment with production schedules and demand plans. - Collaborate with suppliers to understand their capacity constraints and develop plans to address potential bottlenecks. - Monitor and report on supplier capacity performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance capacity management processes and performance. - Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to anticipate and address capacity-related issues. - Conduct regular capacity reviews with suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and production requirements. - Support negotiations with suppliers by providing capacity-related insights and data. - Develop and maintain capacity planning tools, dashboards, and reports. - Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and market conditions that could impact capacity. - Support contract negotiations, long-term agreements (LTAs), and supply assurance initiatives. ### Qualifications Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. - Knowledge of the semiconductor market, including supply chain dynamics, pricing trends, risk analysis, and key suppliers.
