## Job description

Como Senior Software Engineer Backend en Mercado Libre, diseñarás y escalarás sistemas innovadores y seguros que resuelven problemas reales y de alto impacto. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, modelos de IA propios y aprendizaje continuo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina. Imagináte emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de:
- Diseñar y desarrollar agentes de IA y automatizaciones que reduzcan tareas manuales y repetitivas.
- Construir workflows agentic con tecnologías como LangGraph, Google ADK, MCP y LLMs.
- Integrar información de múltiples sistemas para generar contexto y acelerar la gestión de bugs.
- Diseñar servicios Back-End escalables, resilientes y observables y participar en decisiones de arquitectura y acuerdos técnicos con otros equipos.
- Explorar herramientas como Claude Code, Codex y nuevas tecnologías de AI Engineering.
- Identificar oportunidades de automatización, construir POCs y convertirlas en soluciones productivas. ¿Qué buscamos en vos?
- Contar con experiencia sólida en desarrollo Back-End, APIs y sistemas distribuidos.
- Poseer buen manejo de Python, Go y/o Java.
- Tener experiencia con integraciones, arquitecturas asincrónicas y buenas prácticas de ingeniería.
- Contar experiencia trabajando con LLMs y sistemas basados en IA, es deseable.
