## Job description

### 对门店加工（烘焙、3R热出等商品）的出品质量、缺货、损耗负责，具体职责包含
- 制定并持续优化门店加工SOP，保障门店出品质量，助力门店加工品的销售额提升；
- 优化门店排产方案，指导一线操作，实现损耗与缺货的均衡；
- 搭建门店加工的日常监控体系，帮助门店识别问题，对销售额与成本波动诊断并改善。 本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计学等相关专业； 具备较高的数据逻辑和数据敏感性，熟练掌握相关数据提取工具，有丰富的数据分析、挖掘、清洗和建模的经验，会SQL优先； 3年零售运营/数据分析/商业分析经验； 执行力强，统筹协同沟通能力强； 硬折扣行业背景优先； 掌握基本的AI工具，使用工具提升工作流程效率。 负责从0到1的核心项目搭建，发展空间大，团队氛围好，福利多元，除了五险一金，还提供补充商业保险、年度体检、团建经费、节日礼金等全方位福利
