## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责3R品类区域采购和销售的目标规划、路径拆解、关键业务指标的达成和团队的管理；
- 制定对应品类的商品规划、招商计划、商家进场谈判，确保公司得到更好的采购条件，制定合作条款，管理供应商入场后行为，与商家建立良好的沟通和管理机制。
- 管理竞争对手调查和消费者调查，把握市场动态，及时调整商品成本、商品结构、新品上架等经营策略，确保品类竞争处于优势。
- 负责品类KA品牌商家管理及产业带溯源开发与孵化；
- 开发相关品类品质保障核心商品，提升整体平台的差异化能力； 1.5年以上大型商超或者电商平台品类采购经验，对库存管理、损耗控制等有实操经验，有团队的管理和操盘经验； 2.具有较强的分析判断、前瞻思维、承压能力和团队合作意识，有采购团队管理经验； 3.具备电商的采销和运营经验，熟悉生鲜电商的营销方法； 4.具备线下生鲜零售和线上生鲜的知识和经营，具备生鲜零售业的创新能力，具有优秀的组织协调能力，决策能力高、较高的商业敏锐度，全局观强； 5.具备项目统筹能力，能够协调和推进公司各支持部门完成项目落地及后续效率优化；
- 具备团队管理经验与能力 6. 自驱力强，具有较好的学习能力，愿意主动思考AI如何进一步优化工作流程；
- 掌握基本的AI工具，使用工具提升工作流程效率。 发展空间大，扁平化管理， 团队氛围好，横向交叉工作和学习的机会非常多
