## Job description
- 负责拉萨市车辆运维的日常运营支持工作，确保车辆调度、维护和故障处理的高效执行。
- 协调城市内车辆资源分配，优化运营效率，保障服务质量和用户体验。
- 跟进车辆运维数据，分析运营问题并提出改进建议，提升整体运营水平。
- 协助制定并执行城市运营相关流程和标准，确保合规性和可操作性。
- 与相关部门协作，推动运营问题的快速响应与解决。
- 大学本科及以上学历，专业不限，有运营支持或车辆运维相关背景优先。
- 具备2年以上运营或运维相关工作经验，熟悉城市运营流程者优先。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神，能适应高原工作环境。
- 熟练使用办公软件，具备基础数据分析能力。
- 责任心强，执行力强，能承受一定工作压力。
- 在高原特色城市开展运营工作，积累独特地域经验。
- 参与城市级运营体系建设，提升综合管理能力。
- 公司提供完善的培训体系和职业发展通道。
- 团队氛围积极，注重员工成长与关怀。
