## Job description
- 负责服务零售场景下商家用户运营解决方案设计。
- 结合AI、大模型及Agent能力，探索其在商家用户转化、营销提效等场景的应用。
- 深入商家挖掘痛点，将商家运营模式抽象为通用化、规模化的产品能力。
- 建立数据化运营及效果评估体系，对核心业务指标和落地结果负责。
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上本地生活、电商或商家产品经验，对商家用户运营体系有较深入理解。
- 对AI、大模型及Agent产品有一定实践，能够结合业务场景快速设计和验证智能化方案。
- 具备敏锐的商业意识和较强的逻辑能力，能够快速切入不同行业并设计解决方案。
- AI与真实商家经营场景深度结合，业务价值明确。
- 面向百万级商家，产品覆盖规模和操盘空间大。
- 学习型组织，能够持续探索AI在商家用户运营中的应用。
