## Job description

负责AI 支付产品的整体规划与路线图制定，定义产品边界、体验标准与演进节奏，推动从0到1的产品落地。 深入了解业务场景，识别业务痛点，聚焦支付核心链路，构建主动服务型智能产品，提升平台整体效率与用户体验。 通过新的协作范式，完成产品方案设计，与协作团队紧密配合，把控从方案到上线的完整交付链路；建立产品效果评估体系，通过数据与用户反馈持续优化产品体验。 持续观察行业最前沿的技术能力及应用实例，为团队输入有效的信息。 3年以上互联网产品经验，了解 LLM/Agent 技术原理，有 AI 产品实践经验。有金融支付背景优先。 具备优秀的用户洞察与需求分析能力，能够独立完成复杂产品方案设计、设计评测方案、分析线上数据。 有良好的学习能力和自驱力，持续关注行业前沿，输出可落地的产品建议。 美团有丰富的业务场景，AI 落地空间极大，参与并推动AI支付产品从 0 到 1 的落地。 美团连接数亿用户与千万商家，支付作为连接交易、资金与商业的关键环节，价值巨大。

新团队刚成立，扁平化管理，产研一体，汇报给业务负责人，流程简单高效，想法快速落地。
