## Job description

### 品类策略制定与执行
- 基于用户需求和行业趋势，定义品类分层（核心品类/潜力品类/新兴品类），制定各品类的增长目标和运营策略；

### 上游品牌增长方案
- 针对核心品类和潜力品类，制定上游品牌入驻和增长策略，联合品牌打造明星爆品，推动平台收入增长；

### 品类数据监控与迭代
- 建立品类健康度指标体系（业务增速、用户渗透率、复购率、满意度等），持续监控品类表现，发现增长机会和风险；

### 跨部门资源协同
- 联动整合营销、广告运营、商家运营团队，将品类策略融入整体业务运营节奏，形成品类增长的合力。 1.5年以上互联网品类运营经验，有平台品类运营经验，熟悉品类管理方法论；； 2.具备品类洞察力——能判断，有品类成功孵化案例； 3.理解上游供应链、品牌商和线下机构的运营逻辑； 4.

### 商业敏感度高

能从品类数据中发现商业机会，将洞察转化为可执行的品类策略和收入增长方案；
- 能驾驭行业复杂性，以及上游供应链的多方协调，需要同时具备行业理解力和商业判断力。 1、业务高速发展，市场发展机会好； 2、团队氛围坦诚直接、能够在学习型组织中快速成长。
