## Job description
- 做好校园即时配送的履约体验管理，完成校园配送合作商的招、管、退等管理；
- 做好合作商团队的廉正合规管控，为合作商进行业务、组织赋能，为合作商的经营能力成长负责；
- 带领合作商团队定时、定量的完成部门考核任务，监控日常运营指标，确保业务平稳运营；
- 与业务开发团队协同，完成协同目标，为外卖业务保驾护航。
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上配送物流或合作商管理经验；
- 具备外卖配送、快递物流等方面的业务及管理经验，能够较好的理解校园配送的业务运营模式；
- 具有合作商/渠道管理经验，熟悉互联网产品及相关行业，了解国家相关政策法规、财务知识等；
- 善于交流，有良好的团队合作精神和协调沟通能力。 有很好的个人发展空间，业务模式灵活，且有具备规模效应。
