## Job description
- 负责区域鲜肉品类的招商采购工作，制定并落实相关策略和计划；
- 有当地鲜禽、牛羊、水产核心宰场及批市有较好的供给资源，通过批市引入优质商资源，通过成本优化提升销售；
- 通过商品及品类的结构梳理、品类操盘来提升鲜肉规模；
- 有较好的供应商管理能力,能长期保障稳定的品质及供给；
- 大学专科及以上学历，具备相关领域的知识和经验。
- 至少5年以上商品与供应链管理、招商采购相关工作经验，有成功案例者优先。
- 具备较强的沟通能力和执行能力，对市场变化有敏锐的洞察力。
- 具备良好的解决问题的能力，能够有效应对各种挑战。
- 具备良好的职业素质，诚信正直；
- 能适应一定频率的出差。 1.参与大区品类策略制定和执行，与供应商、团队紧密合作，实现共赢发展。 2.提供广阔的发展空间和职业晋升机会。
