## Job description
- 基于业务对商家的管理机制，根据业务需求持续进行管理指标考核输出和管控动作落地执行；
- 完善监控体系，监督商家落地的过程，确保商家按标准完成服务；
- 定期组织城市及内部相关方进行复盘及培训，提升规则意识，优化商家管理与风险防控机制。 1.3年以上工作经验，有商家管理或商家治理经验，具备本地生活行业服务商管理经验或有相关行业服务商从业经验者优先； 2.具有较强的思维逻辑、沟通能力、职业敏感度、风控意识及极强的责任心； 3.具备较强的项目管理能力，能够高效完成项目的规划和执行；
- 善于发现问题和通过规则的手段解决问题；
- 熟练使用日常办公软件，具有较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL者更佳。 探索项目，参与0-1建设过程，快速迭代策略能力。
