## Job description

1、负责供应链品类计划：结合AI辅助需求预测模型，输出品类备货计划，通过持续提升计划准确度及备货弹性，保障商品稳定供给，提升用户体验；2、负责供应链产品优化：根据不同品类的独特发展需求及特点，借助数据驱动与智能决策手段，建立全链路供应链优化及解决方案，沉淀策略并推进产品化，提升自动化进程；3、负责供应链运营提效：通过管控输入及输出指标，结合智能监控工具实时跟踪库存现货率、周转、库龄，及时提出滞销、断货预警，识别风险点及机会点，提升现有供给链路效率。 1、具备创业精神，积极主动，有较强的自驱力；2、熟练掌握各类办公软件及数据分析工具，具有较强的逻辑思考能力、数据分析能力、复杂问题的拆解能力；了解或有使用AI工具（如大模型辅助分析、智能预测平台等）提升工作效率的经验者优先；3、具备沟通、协同、推动影响力，能与算法、产品团队高效协作，共同推进供应链智能化落地。 1、供应链智能化转型核心阵地：公司持续投入即时零售供应链AI化建设，你将深度参与需求预测模型优化、智能补货策略落地等前沿课题，所积累的AI+供应链能力将成为行业稀缺竞争力。
