## Job description
- 负责即时配送管控运力各模块策略的优化和运营工作，包括运力增长、供给结构、供需策略等，优化配送效率及体验；
- 能够主动使用各种分析方法，结合对于业务的认知，提出创造性的业务优化方案，包括但不限于策略运营方案、产品迭代思路及业务模式优化方案；
- 通过经营分析、数据挖掘等手段，主动发现业务问题并推动策略优化，为业务决策提供科学依据；
- 熟练使用AI工具进行数据分析，将重复性工作迁移至AI辅助完成，提升运营效率，探索AI在即时配送场景的创新应用，提升运营效率与决策质量
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经验，有互联网电商、O2O、物流/即时配送相关行业策略运营或策略产品经验者优先；
- 具备优秀的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL等数据分析工具，能够通过数据发现业务问题并提出有效解决方案；
- 具备项目管理和跨部门协作能力，能够高效推进项目规划与落地执行；
- 具备AI工具使用经验，能借助AI提升运营效率者优先；
- 业务复杂度高，具有充足的挑战与成长空间；
- 业务处于AI化转型关键期，有机会探索AI在运力运营全流程中的应用，推动运营效率升级；
- 组织氛围团结融洽，积极向上。
