## Job description
- 负责设计、推动和执行落地领域垂类人+AI协作工作流落地，提高低水平重复工作端到端自动达成比例。
- 制定AI for Sercurity的安全策略、标准和流程，跨职能团队合作，将安全能力默认集成到业务运营流程中。
- 设计量化指标体系和负反馈信号，持续驱动内容安全防控质量良性循环。
- 极强的好奇心和动手改变局面的欲望，思维逻辑性较强。
- 工科，对机器学习/深度学习有基础理解，能与工程师进行高效对话。
- 对于Agent/Workflow有动手经验和个人见解，善用SOP、Benchmark牵引进展。
- 具备数据敏感度和分析能力，熟练使用数据分析工具。
- 有在大型内容平台工作经验者优先。
- 具备强烈的风险预判和管控意识。
- 有项目管理经验，具备较强的沟通、协调能力，推动跨部门协作达成共识。

- 内容安全识别是复杂的认知理解问题，涉及模式识别、逻辑推理、认知决策等具体任务。内容安全业务仍将长期处于机器智能与领域专家伴生的阶段，如何处理场景内人机协同问题，需要结合具体场景归纳/演绎并试错。
