## Job description
- 负责自有品牌商品的品质管理工作，包括产品质量管控、供应商管理、生产过程监督等。
- 设立并维护品质管理体系，确保产品符合公司标准和客户需求。
- 针对品质问题进行分析和解决，提出改进建议并跟进执行。
- 协调与供应链团队、生产团队、设计团队等部门合作，确保产品品质的持续提升。
- 大学本科以上学历，食品相关专业背景，具备较强的质量管理知识和技能。
- 至少5年以上商品与供应链管理或品质管理相关工作经验，有自有品牌管理经验者优先。
- 具备良好的团队管理能力，能够带领团队高效协作，完成团队目标。 1. 提供良好的职业发展空间。 2.工作环境优越，团队氛围融洽，为员工提供良好的工作氛围和发展平台。
