## Job description
- 针对不同场景智能体应用，拆解多轮、规划、插件调用等核心能力，建立评测和标注体系。
- 主导标注人员管理与数据构建，确保数据质量和一致性，支持智能体训练、评测。
- 设计自动化数据合成及清洗方案，实现规模化高质量数据生产。
- 监测智能体效果，输出系统化分析报告，持续优化数据方案。 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能或相关专业背景。 2. 1年以上大模型标注/评测经验，接触过agent或智能系统应用。 3. 拥抱AI发展，实时追踪行业动态，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。 4. 强调细节并注重端到端效果，能够适应快节奏工作。 紧跟业界前沿的AI发展和应用，深度参与生活服务真实场景的应用落地。
