## Job description

### 数据语义构建（问数）
- 参与业务语义层的梳理与定义。协助将业务术语、指标逻辑转化为 AI 可理解的元数据知识库，优化自然语言提问的识别率与准确度。

### 取数流程优化（取数）
- 深度参与 AI 自动取数工具的落地。基于对业务表的理解，协助配置数据关联逻辑，通过 AI 辅助降低业务方的取数门槛，提升数据流转效率。

### 智能分析实践（分析数）
- 结合具体业务场景，利用 AI 工具进行数据探索与归因分析。参与设计自动化分析模版，协助业务方从海量信息中快速提取核心结论。

### AI 效果评测
- 负责对 AI 问数与分析结果进行质量评估（Badcase 分析），通过调优 Prompt（提示词）或优化知识库，持续提升 AI 在数据闭环中的表现。

### 业务需求对接
- 沟通业务部门，理解其在数据获取和分析中的痛点，并将其转化为平台的功能优化建议。

### 分析师思维
- 具备优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑推理能力，能快速理解业务逻辑，并将其拆解为可量化的数据指标。

### AI 实践经验
- 对大语言模型（LLM）有深入了解，有实际的 Prompt Engineering 经验。

### 有 AI 相关实践项目（如

使用过 LangChain、搭建过个人 AI 应用、或有 AI 辅助数据分析的实际案例）者优先。

### 数据基础
- 了解数据库基本原理，具备基础的 SQL 编写能力（能完成基础查询即可，无需深厚的开发功底），熟悉常见的数据分析方法论。

### 教育背景
- 统计学、数学、计算机、商业分析或相关专业在读（本科或研究生）。

### 综合素质
- 具备良好的沟通能力和文档撰写能力，对新技术有极强的好奇心和动手能力。

### 前沿技术落地
- 参与 AI 相关研发与迭代，掌握“AI+数据”的前沿方法论。

### 双重能力培养
- 既能锻炼深度的业务洞察力，又能掌握 AI 时代的平台化数据治理能力。

### 专业团队带教
- 与资深数据 BP 和研发专家共同工作，快速提升职场竞争力。
