## Job description

【岗位职责】 负责Keeta在沙特本地法律事务支持，确保公司业务合规运营。 起草、审核、翻译中英文合同、协议及法律文件，协助业务部门处理各类法律问题。 处理日常法务咨询、合规检查、政府问询、政府机构沟通等事项。 协助建立和完善公司合规体系、法律风险防控机制，落实总部合规制度政策。 协调外部律师、律所及其他法律服务供应商。 支持公司内部培训、法律宣传及员工合规意识提升。 【任职资格】 法律相关专业本科及以上学历，具有中国或沙特法律执业资格优先。 5年以上涉外业务法务工作经验，有跨境法律事务处理背景。 英语流利，具备法律文件中英双语起草、翻译和沟通能力；会阿拉伯语者优先。 熟悉政府机构流程，有政府沟通能力及政府调查、问询应对经验，能够处理政府合规、调查等相关事务。 良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神及跨文化适应能力。 工作细致严谨，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力，乐于接受新鲜事物、迎接挑战。 有互联网、平台、物流、外卖、金融等行业法务经验者优先。
