## Job description
- 负责智能KYC产品的规划、设计与迭代，结合业务需求，提升产品合规性与用户体验。
- 深入理解金融行业KYC流程，挖掘客户痛点，推动产品功能创新与优化。
- 协同技术、风控、运营等团队，确保产品高质量交付并持续优化性能指标。
- 跟踪行业动态与政策变化，及时调整产品策略以保持市场竞争力。
- 分析用户行为数据与反馈，建立产品评估体系，驱动产品持续改进。
- 大学本科及以上学历，计算机、金融、信息管理等相关专业优先。
- 具备3年以上产品设计或产品管理经验，有金融、风控、合规类产品背景者优先。
- 熟悉KYC、AML等金融合规流程，了解人工智能在风控领域的应用场景。
- 有较强的学习能力，对大模型的相关能力有较深的理解。
- 具备较强的逻辑思维、数据分析能力和跨团队沟通协调能力。
- 参与前沿金融科技产品研发，推动AI技术在合规领域的落地应用。
- 应用大模型技术对原有KYC流程进行迭代。
- 工作地点覆盖北京、上海，支持灵活办公与高效协作环境。
