## Job description
- 负责全国区域餐饮相关生态的商务拓展与维护，建立并深化与重点渠道的合作关系。
- 制定并执行餐饮渠道合作策略，并通过渠道为头部品牌餐饮商户的建联和破冰提供各类支持。
- 定期分析餐饮市场趋势与动态，输出渠道运营优化建议，提升渠道竞争力。
- 管理渠道合作伙伴的日常运营，包括合同签署、结算对接、数据监控及问题跟进；
- 借助数据看板对渠道合作伙伴进行日常健康度监控，结合AI辅助分析工具定期输出渠道效率报告，驱动渠道策略动态优化。
- 大学本科及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理或相关专业优先。
- 具备5年以上餐饮行业或渠道商务相关工作经验，有餐饮SaaS、供应链、平台服务经验者优先。
- 熟悉全国餐饮市场格局，拥有丰富的餐饮客户资源及渠道拓展能力。
- 具备优秀的商务谈判能力、跨部门沟通能力和项目管理能力。
- 结果导向，具备较强的判断能力和数据分析能力。
- 美团企业版聚焦企业公务消费管理，To B渠道战略正处于快速扩张阶段，加入即参与核心渠道体系从0到1的搭建，成长空间充足。
- 与头部餐饮品牌深度合作，积累行业资源与实战经验。
- 提供具有市场竞争力的薪酬体系与完善的职业发展通道。
- 扁平化管理，鼓励创新与主动担当的工作氛围。
