## Job description
- 主持门店后场部门日常工作，根据公司的经营状况与要求，制定部门工作计划，执行和落实仓库相关规章制度；
- 按照标准SOP指导部门团队完成收货、理货、上架等各项作业流程，并根据业务变化，及时调整人员岗位及作业流程；
- 负责门店后场仓储现场标准化管理，优化站点内部布局，落实仓内运营标准，确保标准化流程运营；
- 部门人员管理，做好员工的岗位技能培训，并做好每月的员工排班及KPI考核等工作；
- 现场6S管理、安全消防、安全作业，避免工伤事故和商品损坏事故的发生；
- 掌握基本的AI工具，使用工具提升工作流程效率。 1.物流、运输、仓储等相关专业优先； 2.3年以上仓储管理经验，有门店后场或前置仓管理经验优先； 3.熟悉仓储管理标准sop作业流程（清点、收货、上架、库存管理、盘点、波次运行、拣货），熟悉ERP及仓储管理系统。
