【项目介绍】 食杂零售管培生计划是美团基于“零售+科技”战略推出的零售高潜力人才发展项目。我们面向全国顶尖高校，寻找热爱零售、敢想敢做的青年人才。我们将通过集中优质资源，以系统化、实战化、沉浸式的培养模式，让你快速洞悉行业本质与业务逻辑。在这里，你将与优秀的团队并肩，深入一线业务运营场景，亲手操盘门店经营，在业务实战过程中淬炼运营和管理能力，用三年时间极速成长为能够独立执掌区域业务的管理精英。

### 岗位职责
- 从一线业务场景切入，学习并熟练掌握门店前场与后场的业务运作全流程、关键标准与服务规范；
- 深度参与重点业务模块实践，通过现场管理、人员管理、指标及数据管理等方式，推动门店运营结果、门店服务体验和运营效率提升；
- 在有计划的轮岗中快速学习成长，实现从业务执行者到团队管理者的角色转变，逐步培养负责多业务板块及跨区域运营的综合管理能力。

### 工作要求
- 专业不限，有零售和快消等行业实习经验者优先；
- 对零售事业充满热情。具备韧性和较强的适应能力，追求快速学习和挑战自我的高速发展；
- 能胜任快节奏工作，能够认同零售行业服务性质，未来接受全国调配。 *2027届秋招的食杂零售管培生计划同学将全部入职快乐猴社区超市业务
