## Job description
- 根据品类特性和规划制定负责制定管理策略，确保库存水平的合理控制和优化，保障商品稳定供给同时优化资金占用与物流成本。
- 结合S&OP的运营，制定品类的日常库存运营机制，对周转和现货指标负责，监控库存现货率、周转，及时提出不动销、滞慢销、断货预警，识别风险点及机会点，提升现有供给链路效率
- 结合供应商的合作能力，识别上游供应链优化机会，并进行供应链流程的协调与优化。
- 搭建品类指标监控体系和数据体系，针对品类运营结果进行数据解读和下钻归因分析，不断优化品类的供应链解决方案，沉淀策略并推进产品化
- 大学本科及以上学历，专业不限，具备供应链计划管理相关背景。
- 至少5年以上的计划管理经验，熟悉计划管理流程和相关系统工具。
- 熟悉供应链管理和物流运作，具备供应链协调和优化能力。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力和问题解决能力，能够利用数据优化库存管理。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能与供应商和内部团队有效合作。 1.有机会从0-1跟随项目成长，更广阔的的视角，更多的机会与发展空间； 2.工作氛围简单、直接、开放、高效。
