## Job description

1）负责美团骑行在云南的政企渠道拓展，制定并执行渠道合作策略，推动业务增长； 2）建立和维护渠道合作伙伴关系，提升客户满意度和业务渗透率，做好渠道资源的整合和管理； 3）负责目标市场渠道资源的开发和维护，不断挖掘潜在合作伙伴，助力业务快速规模化落地； 4）定期分析行业政策变化及市场动态，输出行业洞察报告，为业务决策提供支持。 1）大学本科及以上学历； 2）5年以上政企渠道拓展或大客户销售经验，具备大客户开发和维护的能力，有政府或大型企业资源者优先； 4）善于跨部门协作，具备良好的人际处理、沟通协调及应急应变能力； 5）对市场需求、竞争动态具备敏锐感知力，能快速精准分析并输出判断； 6）能够制定有效工作计划，推动团队高效执行，确保任务按时达成； 7）为人正直，诚实可靠，乐于接受挑战，接受出差。 1）参与美团骑行核心业务，推动城市绿色出行发展； 2）与政府机构及头部企业直接合作，积累高端人脉资源； 3）灵活的工作模式，注重结果导向； 4）完善的培训体系和职业发展通道； 5）具有竞争力的薪酬和绩效激励。
