## Job description
- 负责烘焙品类，关注前台消费者需求及变化，有效改善商品结构，打造爆品，获得业绩增长；
- 持续打造烘焙品类心智认知，通过挖掘强用户记忆点的C端打法，让用户对xx烘焙形成明确品类认知；
- 关注品类前台展销逻辑，对搜索、类目进行一定的时令、热点及新品透传运营；
- 营销打法一揽子方案，通过营销拉动品类内商品的大品打造，重点驱动对严选/PB大单品等打造；
- 和采购、供应链、服务站等各个协同部门建立良好协作关系，共同合作，推进项目。
- 大学本科及以上学历，专业不限，具备良好的学习能力和工作责任心；
- 具备优秀的沟通能力和协调能力，能够与不同部门进行良好的合作；
- 具备较强的C端视角和营销能力，能够通过营销驱动业绩结果交付；
- 做事积极主动，有强烈的好奇心和主动思考力；
- 掌握基本的AI工具，擅长使用各种工具，提升工作流程效率。
- 有机会在小象超市这样具有知名度和发展空间的公司工作，参与公司的快速发展；
- 团队同学年轻有朝气，零售经验丰富，团队氛围好，互相帮助，共同成长；
