## Job description
- 在AI新范式下统筹下沉团购业务（C端、B端、M端）全链路产品的逻辑串联与规划，确保各端信息流、资金流、业务流的高效流转
- 深入业务一线，洞察客户（用户/商家/代理商/BD）真实痛点，结合业务发展阶段，精准判断现有产品功能的适配性，提出合理的产品改造或新功能需求
- 动手能力强，深度使用过NoCode及CatPaw系列产品或同类产品，有成熟的项目案例
- 协同产品、研发、设计、运营等多方角色，推动需求从立项到上线的全过程，解决合作中的堵点与难点
- 负责产品上线后的SOP制定、功能宣导培训及全量覆盖计划。提前预判上线风险与业务阻力，制定应对策略，对产品最终的使用率和业务效果负责
- 具备极强的系统性思维，能驾驭复杂的多端业务场景，不局限于单一功能点
- 洞察能力强，能从纷繁复杂的业务诉求中剥离伪需求，抓住核心矛盾
- 具备AI产品实践经验，熟悉AI技术体系，有AI产品规划、落地经验，或主导/参与过AI驱动的产品创新
- 具备极强的跨部门沟通与资源整合能力，能搞定复杂的合作方关系
- 关注产品上线后的渗透率、活跃度与业务转化，能通过数据分析持续优化推广策略 兼具产品规划与运营落地双重能力，深度参与业务增长
