## Job description

我们是一款面向内容创作者的AI创作工具产品，团队聚焦智能写作与多模态内容生成，致力于打造新一代的AI内容创作平台。

### AI能力建设与探索
- 了解AI能力边界与AI技术在内容创作领域的落地应用，参与产品AI功能设计，为用户提供更智能、更高质量的创作辅助。

### 创作工具产品功能设计
- 负责编辑器基础功能需求分析、原型设计及迭代，持续打磨交互细节，提升用户体验。

### 产品洞察与分析
- 通过数据监测、用户反馈及行业动态，挖掘核心需求并提出优化建议，为产品决策提供支持 经验要求：本科或以上学历，有互联网用户产品/工具产品/AI产品实习经验优先 兴趣驱动：对AIGC和产品创新感兴趣，有内容创作或消费习惯（如小说、剧本、短剧内容） 执行力强：能够推进项目，具备较强的学习能力与创新思维。

### 用户洞察

具备一定的用户思维，能够理解并挖掘用户在内容创作中的痛点。

### 数据思维

有数据分析能力和数据sense，能够通过数据来驱动产品优化和策略迭代。

### 协作沟通

能够跨部门与不同角色高效协作，推动项目落地并执行。

### 到岗时间

每周保证5天到岗，连续实习3个月以上 主导项目推进，做有价值的需求 深度接触行业前沿AIGC技术，无边界探索 扁平管理、就事论事、高效决策，拒绝内耗、PUA与办公室政治 团队有活力，带教专业有耐心
