## Job description

从事机器人、具身智能领域的算法研发工作。具备对于前沿学术技术的理解和复现能力。并能够结合业务场景，将学术技术转化落地。 计算机、人工智能、自动化、EE、机械、机器人等相关理工科专业在读研究生 有具身智能/机器人/多模态大模型相关研究经验，掌握机器人操作领域前沿技术进展 熟悉模型任务设计、训练数据处理流程。有较强的动手能力，掌握具身智能领域模型训练技巧，具备VLA、VLM等模型训练调试经验。 能够与资深业界专家一同合作攻克技术难题 能够结合真实业务场景，将理论技术在实际问题上打磨价值
