## Job description
- 负责代理商管理相关业务流程梳理，识别核心角色、操作流程、系统动线和产品需求。
- 设计代理商管理后台产品能力，包括代理商准入、绩效考核、经营分析、结算对账、AI赋能等。
- 协同业务、运营、财务、法务、产品及研发团队，推动产品方案落地，并沉淀可复用的管理机制。 1. 5年以上中后台产品经验，有代理商、CRM、运营后台、中台产品相关经验优先。 2. 具备较强的业务抽象和系统设计能力，能从复杂业务场景中提炼产品模型、系统边界和落地方案。 3. 具备较强的跨团队协作和独立推进能力，能在高不确定性环境下推动多方协同。
- 英语可作为工作语言。
- 参与0-1核心业务；
- 真实的国际化工作经历，积累有含金量的海外从业经验；
- 快速发展的业务平台；
- 团队广泛使用 AI 工具辅助日常工作，支持探索 AI 在产品创新中的落地场景。
