## Job description

### 广告商户成长体系建设
- 基于不同业务模式、品类的业务阶段特性和目标、商家特征，进行商家分层模型设计及维护，保障分层模型的科学性和业务适配度；深入了解商家运营，洞察商家问题，根据商家特征进行分层分类，搭建广告商户成长体系，整合不同资源和权益撬动商家进行广告深度合作。

### 自助化活动设计
- 通过智能化的产品工具，理解业务场景，通过数据挖掘潜在的增长点，优化商家拉新策略并落地，设计线上化营销活动策略和实验，通过科学的实验方法迭代活动效果和收益。

### AI产品应用落地
- 基于业务目标和运营流程，结合行业对标学习，持续追踪AI技术前沿，探索并推动先进的AI工具和模型（如大语言模型、智能体等）在商家运营场景中的应用落地，以最大化运营效率和商业价值。通过AI和人机协同作业覆盖，提升商家运营效率和销售作业效率。
- 熟悉线上化/自助运营的工作内容，具备主动学习和应用新兴AI技术（如大语言模型、智能体等）解决实际业务问题的能力与强烈意愿，对AI实践有热情；
- 具备较强的学习力和行业对标意识，3-5年及以上商家运营实操经验者、本地生活经验优先。
- 具备较强的数据处理能力、分析能力和数据敏感度，能够准确分析业务需求和商家运营方向机会点。
- 具备较强的项目管理和沟通协同能力，能自主统筹资源和协调相关方支持，有效识别项目风险。
- 具备较强的自驱力和快速适应能力。
- 互联网商业化运营经历优先，商家运营，商家成长体系搭建经验。
- 对AI技术及其在商业运营中的应用有深刻理解或浓厚兴趣，能够快速掌握并评估新AI工具对业务的潜在影响。 1.将接触到O2O场景中商业化业务前沿的设计思考，进行商业化产品的从0到1，1到规模化的打造； 2.

### AI应用实践的前沿

提供在O2O商业化场景中，探索和实践最前沿AI技术（如生成式AI、智能推荐、自动化运营等）的机会，与AI共同进化。
