## Job description
- 协助支持渠道增长相关产品工作，在用增视角下，围绕抖快腾、小红书、B站等媒体建设美团全业务的营销投放体系化能力，支撑用户增长目标达成。
- 参与内容营销、效果广告等方向的需求分析、产品方案设计落地、产品运营及推广。
- 协助追踪媒体的新玩法与流量机会点，支持团队探索营销增长创新方向。
- 本科或研究生在读，专业不限，有产品实习经验者优先。
- 具备强责任心和韧性。
- 较强的逻辑思维和学习能力，能快速理解业务需求与用户场景。 3.对广告投放和AI大模型应用有了解、有热情的优先。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能高效配合产品、运营等多角色推进事务。 1.深入美团核心业务场景，零距离学习渠道增长与营销产品的实战方法论。 2.与资深产品经理协作，探索AI+营销的前沿应用方向，获得创新项目实践机会。
