## Job description
- 负责美团APP多渠道、多业务场景下的搜索核心链路的效果优化和算法建设工作；
- 探索AI原生的搜索召排链路，用大模型直接理解复杂需求和供给匹配，用大模型完成搜索链路规划，解决中高复杂Query场景下的搜索体验和交互问题，提升搜索的智能感、惊喜感、懂我感；
- 应用LLM技术、深度学习等技术，持续优化意图理解、Query生成、生成式召回等算法模块，提升搜索体验和转化效率；
- 紧跟业界，追踪大模型在搜索推荐领域的前沿进展，积极学习新的模型结构、前沿模型认知，进行深入分析，并在搜索场景落地。 1. 2年以上相关工作经验，参与过搜索、推荐、NLP、LLM至少其一领域的效果优化工作，关注行业及学界进展； 2. 扎实的算法基础，熟悉机器学习、自然语言处理技术和大模型，对算法开发及应用有热情； 3. 优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，对挑战性问题充满激情； 4. 有生成式搜索、大模型后训练、Agent/LLM应用经验、Query意图理解/用户理解经验优先。
- 直接优化影响数亿用户的核心搜索链路，用大模型技术解决搜索的关键瓶颈；
- 团队负责美团核心业务的搜索推荐，业务体量大，增长快，天花板高；
- 团队技术强，创新氛围浓，持续升级本地化场景下先进的搜推平台，引领同业的技术演进和创新。
