## Job description

负责AI及半导体方向的项目挖掘、投资分析与交易执行，持续跟踪前沿技术、产业趋势及重点公司； 主动拓展创业者、产业专家及投资机构网络，建立高质量项目来源； 参与行业研究、公司尽调、投资判断及投后跟踪，逐步形成独立的行业认知和投资观点。 1-3年PE/VC或相关投资机构工作经验，有科技、AI或半导体领域经验优先； 具备较强的项目挖掘能力和行业敏感度，能够快速理解新技术、新商业模式及产业变化； 好奇心强，学习速度快，逻辑清晰，具备独立思考能力和较强的自驱力，对科技投资有长期热情。 深度参与AI与半导体等最前沿科技领域的投资机会，覆盖从行业研究、项目发掘到投资决策和投后管理的完整链条； 团队精干、决策链条短，给予年轻成员较大的独立研究和项目负责空间； 能够直接接触优秀创业者、产业专家及头部科技公司，快速建立行业认知和投资能力。
