## Job description
- 统筹新店开业全流程运营管理，包含排期、上下游作业对接等，确保按时交付。优化开店作业SOP。
- 拉通跨部门（设计、工程、运营、物流等）协作。协助制定新店运营计划（人员培训、货品陈列、促销活动等）。
- 开店团队能力建设和培养，带领开店团队主导新店筹备期现场作业落地，并支持开业前1周的运营关键阶段，解决系统调试、供应链衔接等问题，对开业前期运营结果负责。 1.5年生鲜零售运营/项目管理经验，有门店开业经验优先。 2.具备出色的执行力强，谈判沟通能力；异常问题判断能力、资源调配能力强；具备一线团队管理能力。 3.掌握基本的AI工具，使用工具提升工作流程效率。
- 运用数字化项目管理工具统筹开店全流程，借助AI辅助工具优化开店SOP和节点管理，通过数据复盘持续提升开店交付效率。
