## Job description
- 负责培训项目的日常运营支持，包括培训计划制定、执行跟踪及效果评估。
- 协调内外部资源，确保培训课程按时开展并符合业务需求。
- 管理培训相关数据，定期输出运营报告并提出优化建议。
- 协助建立并完善培训流程与标准，提升培训运营效率。
- 大学本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业优先。
- 具备5年以上培训运营或相关业务运营经验，有团队支持经验者优先。
- 熟悉培训体系搭建及项目管理流程，具备良好的沟通协调能力。
- 熟练使用办公软件，具备较强的数据分析与文档撰写能力。
- 工作地点位于达曼，提供具有竞争力的薪酬与福利。
- 参与公司核心人才培养项目，积累丰富的运营管理经验。
- 扁平化管理模式，拥有良好的职业发展通道与学习成长机会。
