## Job description

### Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily communication and relationship maintenance with local logistics partners in Kuwait City to ensure smooth cooperation.
- Coordinate and optimize logistics operations to improve overall operational efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor partner performance and regularly evaluate and drive improvement measures.
- Assist in formulating and executing logistics cooperation strategies to support the company's business development goals.
- Deal with abnormal problems in the process of cooperation and coordinate and solve them in a timely manner.
- College degree, logistics, supply chain or related major is preferred.
- More than 5 years of work experience in logistics or logistics operations.
- Familiar with the logistics market and operation mode in the Middle East, local experience in Kuwait is preferred.
- Have good communication and coordination skills and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, Arabic proficiency is preferred.
